Our first featured member….
This is a new feature for 2012. On a regular basis we will feature a member from Avatar Connection and tell the rest of the community a little about that ACer.
For our first featured member we decided to have a little bit of a building contest… we hope you all had fun with that J
Both the Tweedles and I loved seeing the different builds popping up on Christmas Island, but it did make it really difficult to decide who should be the featured member. Everyone’s standard of building is top noch and it amazes us that for the size of Avatar Connection we have such talent… big hugs to all.
One of the first Christmas builds to catch our eye was Sunbeam’s build… all those snowflakes, skating ladies and candy canes made us think of a truly all American Christmas.
There was Sansa’s Gingerbread build that we just loved and that made us want to eat that lovely house. The colors were just delicious. 
After all the colour and yummiest of Sansa and Sumbeam’s build there was the peace and calm of the lovely church that Luci built, which remembered we of a little ski resort in France that has a church very similar. Luci’s build was just as picturesque. 
The one that tickled both Dum and I, was the reindeers playing in the sea. It was a different way of seeing Christmas and I have to say I don’t think I have ever seen reindeers playing ball in the sea. This scene was built by Katisha Forsythe who will be our first featured member of 2012 and get the tittle on her profile of "Top Creator". For Luci, Sunbeam and Sansa we would like to give you the title of “Creator” on your inworld profiles.
Next week we hope to do an interview with Katisha and feature her in our next blog, so keep your eyes peeled as we will be also dropping hints on how to be come February's featured member.
